Attend this four-week healing workshop to learn how to meditate to manage the mind, and yoga postures for strengthening and healing the body. The combin-ation of meditation and yoga exercises help to:
- Reduce stress and calm the nerves
- Clear the mind and stimulate creativity
- Rejuvenate the cells and promote healing
- Create balance, strength and focus
- Increase energy and vitality
- Slow down the aging process
This workshop is for anyone experiencing unhealthy stress or pressures. Perfect for the beginner, and a great refresher for the advanced student. Bring your yoga mat or large towel, and try not to eat a heavy meal a couple of hours prior to class.

$10 Per Class Suggested Donation
